    Description

    The T-59 1863  Confederate note displays at center the proposed state capitol of South Carolina in Columbia. R.M.T Hunter who served as Secretary of State is at lower right. The note is payable six months after the ratification of a treaty of peace between the Confederate States and the United States. These notes were all hand signed and cut by hand by mostly women who were employed by the Confederacy during the war.
    Grade: PMG Choice Uncirculated 64, a tougher higher grade example with PMG grading only (5) 64's and just (8) notes finer.
