    Description

Confederate States of America 0 Loan Document dated February 20, 1863, featuring a confederate soldier warming his hands by a campfire. Civil War, AUTHENTIC! Includes 7 of 8 coupons as shown. Loan document signed by Robert Tyler and lithographed by Archer & Daly, Richmond, VA. According to research, this is one of 26,249  that were issued in this series. Coupons signed by a “B. B. Jones”. Research indicates that there was a Confederate soldier B. B. Jones from South Carolina but I have no way to confirm that it was he who signed the coupons. Most confederate soldiers, I would imagine, could not afford to purchase one of these. But, who knows.
Second to last photo shows the other loan document that I have available at my eBay Store, IH Collectibles.
This is from the collection of a military officer who served in WWII, Korea and Vietnam. His father served in WWI. LAST PHOTO SHOWS THE OTHER CIVIL WAR ITEMS FROM THIS COLLECTION THAT I AM LISTING AT MY EBAY STORE, IH COLLECTIBLES.
There are many other items from WWI and WWII that I will be listing in the week ahead (Sept 22-29), so STAY TUNED!
